She loves meeting new people and working with skilled service providers who care about their clients. It’s also really good to know she’s a small part of someone taking good care of themselves.
An avid proponent of self-care, Amy can often be heard saying, “You can’t give what you’re not getting!” She recommends a weekly massage—or as regular as you can manage. “60 minutes of self-care goes a long way,” she says. (And, yes, she does practice what she preaches.)
